Inspiration Monday: An Awesome Attic Makeover

Monday, June 13, 2016

One of our friends just finished their attic.  Just so there is no confusion, I did NOTHING in this space but take the pictures for the sole purpose of inspiration for my followers.  This friend has a background in Interior Design which explains why this space is so crazy amazing.  Let me just warn you before I show you the pictures that it will make you want figure out a way to transform your attic.  Seriously. It's that good.  All the fun angles, the tongue and grove texture, and all the mini barn doors.... Well, you'll just have to take a look for yourself.

Your first view at the top of the stairs is breathtaking.

The sofas are from Walmart. They are part of the Novogratz collection, and they cost less than $350.00 a piece!

My friend Anna made this adorable rustic cubby to store toys and accessories. Isn't it perfect?

Brenda managed to fit four distinct seating areas into the attic.  How awesome is that for a well thought out space?

Brenda's dad made all the sliding barn doors and the tracks which saved them a boat load of money!

So great, right?  I loved the different styles of design she injected into this space.  I don't know about you, but it made me want to find a attic I could transform.
