I'm finally getting around to sharing our guest bedroom! What I love about this space, is even though it's in the basement, it's still flooded with lots of light!
We have an AWESOME group of friends. These guys show up whenever there is a project that needs to be done. Here's our crew working hard sheet rocking the space.
These solid, oak doors match the style throughout our house. I wanted to stain them so you could still see some of the grain. The stain makes them look so rich and makes the space feel so warm
The art I found from one of my favorite online shops, Naptime Diaries. There are so many good pieces on their site, I could literally chose one for every room in my home
The wood box is a jewelry holder/light. I love that it is so low, so it doesn't get in the way of the art.

The rich velvet panels are from West Elm. The deep, saturated color adds the perfect pop of color next to the start armoire. They are pretty heavy duty so they don't only look pretty, but they serve as black out drapes
The large armoire I almost donated because it was part of our original bedroom furniture that no longer fit in our space when we moved. Thankfully, I didn't. After a few coats of paint, it looks good as new, and functions by housing extra pillows and blankets for our guests

Here's one more look at the space. We love being able to offer such a pretty, relaxing space to our guests!
